From your statement I do not obtain enough information to commence an investigation. If you know to whom Mr Sargent conveyed the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 36-81-5, I might perhaps be able to trace the title from that fact. Mr Sargent now is in New York City, but could probably have no recollection of the particular entry. Yours truly E. Cook [illegible]
