Manchester Iowa Jan 4th/69 To Cousin Henry Childs it having been some time since I have written you thought I would drop you a line letting you know that we were still alive and kicking. I am am still here in the law business and land agency. We are all in fair health except Hellen whos health has been poor for the last year she is now quite sick with feever and in hopes she will be better and about in a few day have kept a girl this winter her health being so poor
