2d boy in march a few day after it was born watson built a new house last summer had christmas dinner 38 persons present lyde N & family and our friends he has a good house cost about $2000 has his farm all improved I still keep my farm near his rent it for cash I built an addition to my house last fall cost $400 have just built an office here in town so as not to pay rent it will cost about $500, we want to go east in the fall if possible and try and get father here. Naylor has got his farm Emproved is living very comfortable generally calls when he comes to town he has 160 acres and spruce timber
