known in Iowa. yesterday it was 41 below zero and this morning it is most as cold. I tell you I dont like it much and I bet fifteen cents that unless I have more to keep me here next winter I wont be in Iowa or any other cold country but will try to find some place where I can live instead of just staying as we do here and waiting for spring. It is kind of lonesome this cold weather we have to stay at home so close and [Walter?] and I have been all alone this week my cousin went home a week ago yesterday. I have wished a thousand times that we might have brought you home with us how nice it would have been and I think the chances are that you would not have been sick
