I supposed I had got in to business was to begin tomorrow but my man backed out so I am still out of a job and out of prospects to. If I had made the trade was going to Chicago this week to buy goods but at the last minute my plans were all busted Write as long a letter as you have time Coz I [[illegible] every word and read them over and over again am I not a very silly boy? I cant help it .I like my cousin and I dont care if she does know it With lots of Love Mel
