Directors E.S. Plimpton N.S. Wilson Jena " Mrs. Marshall E.D. Partridge The directors appointed Rev. J.B. Hawk Chaplain. The entertainment of the evening opened with singing by the children. Willie Plimpton then recited a piece of poetry, followed by a recitation [alsr ?] by Henry White which was well received. Belle Lamb then favored the meeting with select reading Claud Burlingame then read a Christmas story. Mamie Hunter than came forward and recided a selection of poetry, in a manner which brought forth much applause, Levi Snow was absent. The children sang two songs going through a gymnastics exer-
