Fortunately I have always had good coordination and have done things quickly and exactly without any wash of muscular energy. So it too often has been easier for me to do things myself than to use the effort to instructing someone else and watch her slow ineffectiveness. And wanting definite things certain ways and having usually many ideas less stimulated and developed a multiple interest in the aesthetic which might otherwise have remained dormant. Not that I have excelled in anything or everything that I have undertaken. Hardly that. But I have had much fun in trying and different media and had certainly carried over it in painting some of the new approaches and game of experiences. For really what haven't I turned my hand to?
