money to me. Now there is a [Part?] here I wish you notice. Louis wrote to me to send him one Hundred Dollars, and that he would not ask me for any Interest.- That was very fair I Suppose he considered I had given him his time, and let him have money to go on. Was his reason for doing so. Now I am not willing for you & him to make an agreement to Bind me I took him up on his proposition and gave the order accordingly and to that Extent I am bound.
