Finney Yours of the 24 ultimo was duly recd I began to think long of the time before I recd your last letter. your description of the Silver Brickthere weight, ['value' misspelled?] &c was quite an item of information You mention that you had invested in the Gila mine company Well I hope it may turn out well and to your satisfaction, but I tel you I have not much confidence in these imcorporated cos it is managed and controled by a few men, Who understand Putting the stock up or down. when they
