Blakesburg Iowa Nov 2 1875 Mr Geo. S. Finney Tybo Nev. I was very glad to receive your letter yesterday, dated Oct 22nd I began to think long of the time, and was about to write to you again why it was that you did not answer my letter. well it appears from your statement you are again out of imployment, and talk some of going to San Francisco. I dont know what your Prospect can be in going there to a Large City I confess I would not know what to go at to make expences. - Now George it will soon be two years of your life gone since you left home, and you are not as well off as the day you left.It dose seem to me you would do better to come home and take an interest with me in the farm. I will agree to build a house on the South Place and give you a good chance, and if you have not go money to come home with I will send it to you. I have but little time to write now. think of what I have have proposed and answer my letter at your earliest [convenance?], from your Father &c S. G. Finney
