Blakesburg Iowa April 2 1875 Mr Geo S Finney It has ben a very long time since I have had any letter from you, What the matter? the other boys write home, but not to me, and I dont care whether they ever do. Sammy recd a letter from Frank he wrote he was coming back to Iowa [Lue?] writes after being gone 11 years if he dose not do sompthing for himself this sumer he is going to return to Iowa. I saw Al Johnston the other day he said he was going to write to you. he is a pritty tough boy. well the winter has been a very mild one, the roads are desperate bad now almost impossible to get around
