I have advanced an other Loan to Stocker for you, of two Hundred & Three, $203.00 which amount has been Included in an other mortgage in your own name that is to say, I let the first mortgage Stand with the Interest all paid up to Jany 1 1878, which was Included in the second mortgage. It now Stands first mortgage Principle Jany 1st/78 $800.00 New Loan, all other notes & Int to date 613.01 [total line] $1413.01 you see the Int. all dates now from the 1st day of this month, you cant help but understand it. - Will you Please send me Draft on either Chicago or St Louis for the sum of $203.00 in Payment of the money advanced above. I am in need of some money now, all well from your Father &c S. G. Finney don't forget the side
