Blakesburg Iowa May 13 1880 Mr Geo S Finney I have an offer of 2000$ for your place from Wm McAlister he is determind to buy the place I think, I have rased the price to 2200$ and told him that is your price. If he or any body else writes to you, dont give them any satisfaction, but refer them to me. If you write at all, Barns is urgeing him to buy, so that no boddy else shall get the place. This is enough now, all well your Father &c S G Finney
