Well watered, an abundance of the best timbers, good sail, from all I can Learn it is the best opening anywhere to be found besides the Climate is splendid. Now if you could make up your mind to bid that barren country a final good by and come home I would like to make a trip down in that country with you, with a small amount of money a person cannot fail t do well, but it cant be delayed long as the advantages will be take by those who secure them early.
