Ottumwa Ia Sept 20 1882 I read your card, will let you know as soon as I can, when Charley Shoeck will go out. I wrote you a letter to Little P.O. if you did not get it send postae and they will forward to you, I am now on my way down to Jeff Co, Sammie is in Neb. going to teach school as I Learn, Bob Cox & Winn got back and are well pleased. Hardy & Phil Tinsley start out in a few days, all Well. S.G. Finney
