in Otto. Bank subject to your order. you wrote me some time ago you though probable you would be back about March 1st. I have been down to Jeff Co about a week My Mother died Feby 21 her Children were all present except My Sister Mary she is at Desmoins, Mr [leonnoble?] was there, it is a sad bereavement. she was in her 84th year, much older that I ever expect to live, time waits for no one, such is the destiny of all. I suppose you have seen Mr Chas Winn & Bobb Cox ere this. We have had no word from Frank this winter Eddy writes to us from New Mexico. We have had the hardest winter I ever knew. I bought me Car load of corn 500 Bu 45 c Sammie, Ella & Ema had the meazels terrible bed about over with them now for 2 days we though Ella could not live, better now, otherwise all well from Your Father &c S G Finney
