May 16th 1883 Agreement By which Geo S Finney has this day recd from S G Finney five head of Cattle to take through with his herd viz 2 red Cows 3 years old Each Each marked with 2 underhits out of the right ear. one two year old heifer with Calf, red and white has two underhits in right ear, and has white face, also one other red & white heifer with 2 underhits in right ear, yearling past with 3 cornerd white spot in forehead, also one red cow 6 yeas old, slit in right ear, all Branded with circle S the Cattle taken are on terms following viz to keep the same five years on my Ranch in Neb. take good care of same in the way of feeding & Shelter, but not to be responcibe for accident
