that are unavoidable, the said five head to be returnd at the end of five years if [leveing?], or sooner if agreed upon. the Increase of said Cattle ot be Equally divided between said parties from time to time, as Circumstanes would seem to require, and what any two disenterested parties say is fair & Just. Agreed further that if the 2nd party here named wishes to take said cattle away with there Increase he can do so by paying four 50/100 dollars per head per anum at any time Geo. S. Finney
