Blakesburg Ia Aug 16 1883 Mr G S Finney your mother has packed a box of sundries which we send you by express from Otto., directed to Little -P.P - via ONeal City Neb there is quite a Vartiey of articles, viz new dried apples, some new cheese, new Pickles, and I dont no what all. hope it will reach you safely, and be of service to you- old man McAlister died last sunday at Line Vill was brought here Tuesday and buried, a good many people out, our hay is all stacked
