Ottumwa Iowa Oct 23 1883 Mr Geo S. Finney Enclosed find draft on Chicago for 100$ No 77566, thought it would be better for you than P.O order. I recd two letters from you by yesterdays mail, saw Mr [Bain?] he wanted to know If you had ever written about the big heifer you got of him he said the Calf was by a Bull that Senetor [Won?] paid 300$ for, he thinks it must be a good one, all well have no time to write any more from your father &c SG Finney
