In my last I sent you a clear statement of the amount due to Jany 1 /85 I think it was right, if not, say Where in it is wrong.your Aunt Sarah [Connable?] died day before yesterday, and the funeral will take place to day in Keokuk. I should like to have been there to day, but could not. she died with Canser of the stomach. from your letter think you must have had a terrible trip from Oneal home that fearfull night. We are having fearfull cold weather it was 20 [degrees] below zero yestrday all we can do is to feed stock, and get up wood. I send you paper, about the hanging of Pleas Anderson by Vig Com. all in usual health, from your Father &c SG Finney
