Well I recd a letter from our old friend Jo Lydick this week, he wants to sell out to me his farm for 25$ per acre, dont think of buying, got more now than I can manage to be profietable. they wrote that Libbie had gone to Holt Co to look after her Land Claim WenTrussell, Bill Wintermoote, Mrs Bob Cox & some others have been writing how well they were doing, and that crops were good Well George the C M & Stpaul RR has reached us at Last, they finished Laying track & Iron and run to this place yesterday, they are going on West as fast as they can, and will not carry any passengers or freight for Otto. this winter, the Depo Building will go up in a few days.
