(4) It might be less trouble to settle up the business, but really I am at a loss to know what kind of a divission to Make Perhaps it will be best to let all the property go through a course of Law, and let it be divided up, and then no one can curse me for not giving them all they would like to have. I have made more free to write to you than any one else of the family, I dare not say any thing at home because I know how it would be met.
