(5) Ps- later I forgot to say any thing about Iowa Politics, the Legislature has been in session 6 weeks not organized yet in the house they have 50 dem. and 50 Repubs. they cant agree about the divission of the offices and the Boodee the dem have proposed to settle it by drawing cuts, every thing has been tryed without settlng any thing, our new dem. Govenor not Inaugerated yet, nor Cant be until the house has a permanant organization of the house. P. G Ballengall is State Senator at Desmoins
