Perhaps rent your place say for one year, or for 3 years provided booth parties were satisfied, and let the party take the stock at its Valuation, and when the stock is sold each one one to have one half the Increased Value, & When any settlement was made each one to have one half the Increse in young stock, all feed &c should be charged up with the Value of the Cattle. but for the want of a better house to live in you could hardly make that kind of an arrangement, this is merely a suggestion of mine for you to think about with a
