I was in Otto 2 days this week, stayed with Chas Shiok, have not adjusted anything with RR Co yet. had a letter from Frank yestrrday. Would come back here, but has not money to come back on. Every thing is in a Very unsettled Condition, how they will be made better I dont see now, but the force of Circumstances will bring about a Change some way, cant write any more now yours &c SG Finney
