Blakesburg Ia 1-5-93 Mr Geo. S Finney I wrote to you some weeks ago, thinking I would get some ans. soon, but did not. I was disposed to make due allowance for you thinking it might be owing to a Press of Business. I saw a Mr WB Wycoff a Real Estate man of Otto. he wanted to know if I had some land that would be suitable for stock rasing, that I would trade for good City property on south side. It is now renting for 22$ per mo. I offerd to trade the 80 north of town,
