Dela Holmes of Batavia suid the Connable estate for $70 000, on a Claim of her being adopted by the family. it was tryed last march, and just decided by the Court against her, they mortgaged there place to get money to carry on the suit, had three Laywers and promist them one half if they succeeded, her own Evidence beat her. We have a Creamery here, a grand sucess, new grist & saw mill, an 8 Page Newspaper, will send you Copy, as my paper is full must stop, Frank is on the south place, doing well, shall be glad to hear from you.
