117 number of votes cast, shall be considered a candidate for election when a formal ballot shall be taken. Three negative votes being sufficient to exclude a candidate. When a member is elected, she shall sign the Constitution and pay an annual fee of one dollar ($1). Proposition for membership must be two weeks before action is taken thereon. Article V. Time of Meeting- The regular meetings of this Society shall be held on each alternate Monday at 2:30 p.m. Article VI A Committee of three shall be appointed by the President at each Annual Meeting to prepare a program for the ensuing year. Article VII This Constitution may be amended or altered by a vote of two thirds at any regular meeting.
