Dr. Stuart moved that a League Bulletin go to the counties once a month from headquarters in Des Moines. seconded - carried. Dr. Stuart moved that constitutions adopted by the county organizations must conform to National and State constitutions. seconded - carried. Dr. Stuart moved that a committee of three be appointed to revise the State constitution of the League. Moved that legislation to be presented to Iowa Legislature necessary to take advantage of the federal aid coming from the Sheppard Towner Bill must be put before the Board at next meeting. M.
