Mrs Littell moved that a committee of there be appointed by the chair to amend the Articles of Incorporation to conform with the By-laws. Motion seconded by Mrs Shilling. Carried.
Mrs Littell moved that a committee of three be appointed to amend Articles of Incorporation by simplifying and report at the next annual convention. Motion seconded by Mrs Van Alston. Carried.
Mrs Van Alston moved to have printed 2000 Primary booklets of the Citizenship Committee for sale over the State. Motion seconded by Mrs Koch. Carried.
Mrs. Mayer moved that a vote of thanks be given to Mrs Daniel and Mrs Blanchard. Motion seconded and carried.
No further business appearing Mrs Helen Lovell Million moved to adjourn. Seconded and carried.
