April 15 1925
A called meeting of the I. L. W. Voters was held at 414 Frankel Bldg and S.P.M. the President Anna Drake presiding.
Board members present were Anna Drake, Mrs Max Mayer, Mrs Gordon Elliott, Mrs C. A. Knutson, for a short time. Miss Bonnie Marshall, MRs Fred Hunter and Dean Anna Richardson for a short time. Minutes of the meeting of March 24 + 27th and April 1st were read and approved. Bills presented Jaiser's for office supplies $5.90 - Merchant's Transfer for moving $10.50 - Office Equipment Co. $2.70 - Programs for State Convention $.50 - Rent at Frankel Bldg $30 - Rent at 507 Shopp's Bldg for 1/2 month $25 - electric light 75 cts. Des Moines rubber stamp Co 75 cts. - 2 weeks salary for office stenographer $20.00. Lettering Office door $1.83 Total $100.83. Moved by Mrs Mayer that these bills be allowed and ordered paid. Motion seconded and carried. Committee to secure space at the Shrine circus reported that they were unable to secure said space.
Moved by Miss Marshall that Mrs Joe Gay's salary be $10 per week for half day time. Motion seconded and carried.
Moved by Mrs Mayer that one copy of the State Primary Election, booklet be sent to each League officer, chairman of committee, District chairman and Presidents of local leagues without charge and that 10 additional copies be sent each local league president for sale. Motion seconded + carried. MIss Marshall moved that $5 be allowed for stamps. Motion seconded and carried. Mrs Mayer moved to adjourn. Carried.
