May 26, 1924 A called executive I. L. W. Voters Board meeting was held in the office at 414 Frankel Bldg, the President, Miss Drake presiding. Members present were Miss Drake, Bonnie Marshall and Mrs Gordon Elliott. Minutes of last meeting were read and approved. Following bills were presented Stationery 5000 second sheets, 5000 letter heads... $26.25 1 dog stencils... $1.75 Mrs Ben Harper's expences..... $11.25 Stamps..... $10 Pamphlets 300 "How to get out the Vote"..... $1.35 Lumber for building cupboard $7.50 12 copies "Know your own foreign policy $1.80 Rent for June $30.00 Phone 7.00 Stenographer May 1 to June 15 $60.00 $156.90 Miss Marshall moved the bills be allowed + paid.
