Mrs Elliott, chairman of committee to see to filing of the Amendments to our Constitution with our Articles of Incorporation already filed reported. Moved by Mrs Elliott that the report of this committee be accepted and the filing fee of 50 cts be paid. Motion seconded by Miss Marshall. Carried. Moved by Miss Marshall that the following names be the nominating committee. Mrs. Tomlinson Mrs. Sale. Mrs. F. C. Stanely of Oskaloosa. Mrs. Geo Blake. Charles City Mrs. P.S. Irvine of Davenport.
