Posh Convention Board Meeting 
Mch. 19th 1926
At the call of the President Mrs. C.A. [Knutson?], a posh convention board meeting was held in Mrs. Knutsons suite at the Hotel Savery at 6:30 on March 19th with the following members present
Mrs. C.A. Knutson            Mrs. J.R. Parker 
Mrs. [F?]. A. Stronstein     Mrs. J.R. Holman
Mrs. P.S. Irvine                 Mrs. Allen
Mrs. Max Mayer               Mrs. A.R. Sale
Miss Ruth Rosenfield
A motion prevailes that the board empower the executive committee to pass on all bills between regular boardmeetings 
The vice presidents were assigned the following duties by Mrs. Knutson with the consent of the board.
1. Mrs. [Strometer?] - Chairman of "get out the vote" campaign
2. Mrs. Irvine - Chairman of Organization
3. Mrs. [Osean?] Puff - Ch. of Finance 
4. Miss Ruth Rosenfield - Ch. of New Voters.
The following committee chairman were appointed.
Mrs. Rourke / Ch. of [illegible] in Industry
Dr. Max [Habenichl?] - Ch. Social Hygiene [Com?].
Dr. Elizabeth Hoyh - Ch. of Living Costs.
Mrs. Max Mayer  Ch. of Efficiency in [Gov't?]
