Sept. 2nd Board met at [illegible] [illegible] Hotel with the president presiding and the following [illegible] were present. Mrs. J. R. Parker, Regional Secy, Mrs. Ruff, Mrs. Mayer, Mrs. Hunter, Mrs. [Million?] and Mrs. Rourke. Nov. 5th Board meeting at Brown Hotel. Those present were Mrs. [Hunteron?], Mrs. Mayer, Mrs. [illegible], Mrs. Ida B. Wise Smith, Dr. Elizabeth Hoyt, Mrs. Rourke, Dr. Mae [Habevicht?], and Mrs. T.P. Walker. Jan. 29th Brown Hotel at call of president, members of the Board living in Des Moines met to discuss convention places. Feb. 7th Board met at Brown Hotel with the following [illegible] present, Pres. Mrs. C. A. [Kenetory?], Secy. Mrs. A.J. Sale, Mrs. Fred Hunter, Mrs. [Lincoln?], Mrs. Rourke, Dr. [Habevicht?], Mr.s J.R. Parker Over Executive Com. By special permission the Pres. Secy and Treasurer were empowered to much upon call in order to carry on necessary [order?] business. During the year there have been 14 executive Board meetings held
