Sponge Cream Pie. Ada Ayer Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon 1 cup sugar, 2 heaping teaspoons flour mixed in the sugar 1 tablespoon melted butter and the yolks of two eggs. Mix the above ingredients together, then beat the whites to a stiff froth and add to the above. Mix all together and add one cup of milk. Bake in a crust prepared as for custard pie.
