I wrote home to her the first Sunday I was out from home & told her when I thought I would get to wills & where to Direct & I waited Seven long weeks before I heard from her. You can imagine what my feelings wer out here, among strangers & waiting that long to hear from one that ought to be my best friend. Well I got a letter from her July 11th dated the 3rd of July & Oh God What aletter it was Not One friendly word in it but one complete Tirade of abuse from beginning to End..
