to day, it will of course be some work to move & get settled, but then while we are doing that why we wont be doing something else, that Dr Hallister (I didnt get his right name before) was well pleased & intends to locate there this spring, there will be a big rush in the Spring & Summer Carpenters will have plenty of Work there are now two & three families to a house, rents very high so that as soon as the weather will permit, there will be a great deal of building, and we that is my wife & I will be on hand with the material, to exchange for their Greenbacks, it snows here to day with a prospect of sleighing, hope Steb. will get here soon or I will have to get some one else but presume he will get her Wednesday next.
