Cloudy, foggy morn, 56º & S. breeze. Mr. Williams took morn train with Clara steady rain after 4:20 P.M. & hard evg. - Busy at office. - No meeting evg. Tues. 30. Cloudy 46º N.W. wind, fairing. Very nice day. Very busy, evg also till 9 o'c. - C in P.M. Wed. 1. October. Beautiful morn. 37º. Light frost. Cloudy P.M. Busy; C. in A.M. & P.M. Thurs. 2. Cloudy morn. fine P.M. Busy; C. in P.M. - at meeting evg. Fri. 3. Fair morn. 40º, slight frost. Fair day. Easterly breeze. Very busy. Evg. till after 10 o'c.
