Just a few strawberries JUNE, 1906 northern breeze, 75* max Sun. 10. Beautiful all day. Cool, Children's Day exercises a.m., followed by baptism of Margaret Torrey; the first baptism in new church.- Did not attend baccalaureate by Rev. Caffyn at M.E. ch. Evg. Mon. 11. Fair & cool day. wind easterly. Dinner & supper at hotel. With the Baraca class at Frank Kilpatrick's Evg. Very busy at office. Tues. 12. Still fair, but very cool. with E. breeze. Cold in office. Dinner only at hotel. Wed. 13. Cold morn., fair, E. breeze. Built a fire at office, & got more smoke than heat. A little warmer than yesterday. Breakfast & dinner at hotel. Left eye-ache P.M. & Evg. Thurs. 14. Cloudy & cool morn, northerly Light sprinkles. Dinner at hotel. Family arrived by 4:30 train. 105 Fri. 15. Fair & fine, & warmer. Began using strawberries Sat. 16. Fair quiet, & very warm. Began taking ice.
