Tues. 27. 31° Fair, N.W. - Cloudy day & 38° S.W. p.m. - C. in P.M. C. sent basket to girls with a roast chicken etc. Wed. 28. 28° Fair, N.W. - Fine day, about 36° max. - C. in P.M. Got 500 lbs. soft lump coal to try lasted 10 days 10) $1.13 - .113c. per. day. Thurs. 29. Fair morn. about 30. Max. 33; and rainy P.M. & Evg. C. & I at Thanksgiving sermon by Rev. Langridge at C.P. church - and dinner at the Grand. - In office after 2:30. Fri. 30. Fairing, 33° westerly. Fair day & sloppy. C. in A.M. - office a while Evg. Sat. 1. December. Only 12° morn. Fair N.W. brisk. Warmed up rapidly in Evg. 17° at 7 p.m. C. in P.M.
