Wt. 93 1/2 Tues. 9 Fair, N. wind 76° Spaded up peas & sowed Head Lettuce. Mowed & trimmed, evg. &c. Wed. 10 Fair, N. 79° Garden morn, mowed evg. Thurs. 11 Fair, Northerly 80° Stella Pratt and Kate Kidder (50) took dinner with us to help celebrate 68 yrs. - Garden morn & evg. Fri. 12 Fair, S.E. variable 81° Some abstracting again. Garden morn & evg. Sowed Radish Sat. 13 Fair morn, cloudy day & rainy after 3:30. Abs. & Ins. & Evg. and hour * about 78° Jessie Lewis died last night.
