Wed. 9 Nice th. - shower in night Fair & warm. S.W. 85° Abs. mostly. Thurs. 10 Fair & hot, S.W. 91°. Work mixed; moved Evg Wrote to Clyde Hancock of Clara's going to Chi. U. Fri. 11 A cool sprinkle morn. & then fair & hot. S.W. 92° in P.M. & Ins. Evg. Picked a few strawberries. (Waterville berries on market yesterday at 40c) Sat. 12 Hot nights: good for corn Fair & hot, 90, & S.W. wind. Garden morn.; abst. P.M.
