March Friday, 25, 1864. arose about sun rise fed split wood &c a plesant [?] day cloudy eve truck boots to Hughes to half sole ret about 9 Saturday, 26. arose about sun up fed split wood &c Uncle went to Grandmas got backabout sun set, I fed early & went home by old uncle Joe&'s to see Synthy but failed, Booked some, plesant ret after 12 Sunday 27. arose at 5 eat B, & came to uncles fed wrote letter to Frank & Hiram read Bible &c a very plesant day ret about 9
