Rileys funeral fore noon to Chatham to [suit?] with [Vanatta?] a cool day ret about 9 THURSDAY, 28. arose about day light fed came home after fixing buis with Uncle came by [A Klauses?] fixed some buis with him, went to see Mrs Daves on buis after noon got M. [Span's?] note a plesant day ret at 9 FRIDAY, 29. arose about sun up [booked?] [bivouacked?] a while saw Jenny & sam Dunlop on buis. ret about 11. a Plesant day
