MEMORANDA a receit for fistule take flour sulpher & asefiseta equal parts & 4 times the quantites of Comfory root pulverised & take as much as will lay on a cent for a dose. for a horse & for running sores on man put a little in whiskey & take two or three times a day ________________________________________________________________ for to stop making water to free take egg shell & brown it with out burning pulverise it & take what will lay on the point of a knife blade once a day for three days ________________________________________________________________
