For the Consideration of Two hundred Dollars Mr J.S. Wilson & Mary Wilson, his wife of the County of Louisa, and State of Iowa hereby convey to John Ronald of the County of Louisa and State of Iowa the following Real Estate, situated and being in the County of Louisa, and the State of Iowa, to=wit: Lots Number eight (8) nine (9) and ten (10) in Block Number eleven (11) in the town of Grandview, as shown & described by the plat of said Town And We warrant the title thereto against all persons whomsoever In testimony whereof, We have hereunto subscribed Our names, this 2nd day of March, A.D. 1872. J.S. Wilson Mary wilson State of Iowa Louisa County. SS. This day personally appeared before me, the undersigned, a Justice of the Peace within and for said County and State, the above-named J. S. Wilson & Mary Wilson, his wife who are personally known to me to be the identical persons whose names are affixed to the foregoing deed of conveyance as grantor and acknowledged the execution of the same to be their voluntary act and deed for the purposes therein expressed.
