S. hall the same. ballance of up stairs clear maple excep bath room which is to be tile Attic room to be plastered, and shiplap floor, Vapor heating system. Bronze hardware except celler and attic. Tile Roof. For the sum of Ten Thousand Seven Hundred and seventy ($10770) Dollars Iff Slate roof is wanted deduct $220.00 " 3/8" floors instead of 13/16" floors deduct $200.00 Iff Hot water Heat is wanted add $35.00 " you will tear down old building and clean the brick deduct $300.00 Respectfully submitted J.
