Article IIII.       Officers
The officers of this Company shall consist of Pres. Vice-Pres, Sec'ry, Treasurer, and a board of three trustees, each of whom shall be a member of this Company, and shall hold office until his successor is duly elected.
Article IIIII.     Duties of Officers
Sec. I.  It shall be the duty of the Pres. to preside at all regular and special meetings and perform such other duties appertaining to the office of President.
Sec. II.  In the absence of Pres. or in case of his inability to act the Vice-Pres. shall perform all the duties of the Pres.
Sec. III. It shall be the duty of the Secretary to keep accurate minutes of all meetings, have in charge all books and papers of the Company, make assessments as directed by the board of trustees, make all collections, receipt for all monies received for the Company, and turn the same over to the treasurer, and he shall make a detailed report at each annual meeting.
Sec. IIII.  It shall be the duty of the treasurer to pay out all monies for the Company only on receipt of an order signed by Pres. or Secretary, and make a report at each annual meeting.
